Saudi Crown Prince, Indian PM Discuss Enhancing Bilateral Ties
(MENAFN) Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held discussions on Tuesday in Jeddah, focusing on enhancing bilateral relations and addressing regional issues.
According to Saudi media, the leaders reviewed the status of their countries' relationship and discussed opportunities to deepen cooperation in various sectors. They also exchanged views on current regional and global developments, with an emphasis on joint efforts to ensure security and stability.
After their discussions, the leaders co-chaired a session of the India-Saudi Arabia Strategic Partnership Council. Modi arrived in Saudi Arabia earlier in the day for a two-day state visit.
“This visit will strengthen the friendship between India and Saudi Arabia,” Modi shared on the social media platform X upon his arrival.
