Kabul Holds Three-Day Flower, Plant Exhibition

(MENAFN) A vibrant three-day flower and plant exhibition took place in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Wednesday. The event, organized by the Kabul Municipality in partnership with several local flower shops, was held at Zarnagar Park in the heart of the city, where visitors could admire a wide variety of flowers, trees, and plants.

"In this exhibition, we have displayed more than 76 different types of flowers, numbering in the thousands of bouquets. We want to promote the culture of having flowers at home among citizens," stated Nematullah Barakzai, a spokesperson for Kabul Municipality.

Barakzai highlighted that the exhibition attracted hundreds of Kabul residents on its opening day, and expressed hopes to hold similar events in other areas of the city.
