Gabbard Gives More Details on Obama Coup Plot
(MENAFN) Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has publicly charged former U.S. President Barack Obama and prominent officials from his administration with organizing a “treasonous conspiracy” aimed at discrediting Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential win.
During an interview with a news agency on Sunday, Gabbard pledged to reveal further evidence supporting the accusations.
Last Friday, Gabbard authorized the release of more than 100 documents that detail an orchestrated campaign by top officials from the Obama era. These documents reportedly show efforts to wrongfully allege that Trump had conspired with Russia.
According to the files, intelligence operatives under Obama dismissed all analytical findings that showed no signs of Russian interference, instead substituting them with fabricated allegations.
This, Gabbard asserted, initiated the Russiagate investigation, which she labeled a “years-long coup” against Trump.
“The implications of this are frankly nothing short of historic,” Gabbard stated to the news agency. “It’s worse than politicization of intelligence.
These were manufactured intelligence documents that sought to achieve President Obama and his team’s objective, which was undermining President Trump’s presidency and subverting the will of the American people.”
Gabbard also indicated that more revelations are forthcoming.
“Next week we will be releasing more detailed information about how exactly this took place and the extent to which this information was sought to be hidden from the American people,” she added.
